Individual

Our individual training sessions maximise the time, attention and exposure to our coaches. These sessions are tailored to meet your specific goals and objectives, and to help you develop and cement your identity as a basketball player

We place a strong emphasis on attention to detail, ensuring all our drills and advice are purposeful and intentional.

Group Sessions

Iron sharpens iron. Group training provides the perfect context and opportunity to implement new skills by doing drills with, and competing against, your peers. This is a great way to challenge yourself and become a better decision maker / ball player.

You can either bring a friend or 2 along to the “individual” class or join our Grind Time group sessions.

G.O.E concept Runs

Coming soon.

Runs for those in Youth League, Waratah League, NBL1 or College.

These operates during the offseason to allow high level players to continue putting in game reps.

We will also throw in certain concepts (e.g. offensive or defensive sets/schemes) into these runs to continue challenging you.

School Holiday Clinics

G.O.E runs school holiday clinics for different age groups, across multiple days, during the school holiday.

Utilise this time to take your game to the next level, stay in shape and find great competition.
